For every donation of $25.00 or more I will send you an autographed copy of my book INSPIRED, Mathew and Jacob's story of fundraising. My book follows the boys journey starting at the age of 4 and 7 years, their quest to make a difference, their struggles to reach goals, and their passion for those fighting this terrible disease.
